How to connect ScanToPitch to Claude via MCP
Connect ScanToPitch to Claude in a couple of minutes with MCP, and run scans, read leads and generate outreach without leaving the conversation.
Claude is a natural home for outreach work: it writes well, handles long context, and with MCP it can operate ScanToPitch directly. Connect it once and you can run your whole find-score-pitch loop inside a Claude conversation.
Before you start
You need a paid ScanToPitch account. API and MCP access come with every paid tier. On the free tier the tools are visible but every action returns a friendly 'upgrade to use this' message with a link, so nothing breaks, it just asks you to upgrade first.
Connecting
Open Connect AI in the ScanToPitch sidebar. Add ScanToPitch as an MCP server in Claude using the address shown there. Approve the OAuth consent screen (the one-click path) or paste an API key from your account page. Claude will list the ScanToPitch tools the moment the connection is live, no reconnect needed when we add new tools later.
Your first conversation
Try something concrete: 'Find bakeries in Munich with poor websites, then summarise the top five and what is wrong with each.' Claude starts the scan, waits, reads the results back, and gives you a ranked shortlist. Then: 'Write a warm, non-pushy first email to the top one, in German.' It drafts from the real findings in the language you asked for.
Why this beats copy-paste
The generated mail is grounded in that business's actual analysis, its speed, its missing mobile layout, its outdated design, not a generic template. Because Claude pulled the data itself, there is no risk of pitching a problem the site does not have. That accuracy is what earns replies.
