12 prompts for an AI assistant connected to your lead data

Burghardt Doerffer · Founder, ScanToPitch

Twelve copy-and-adapt prompts for ChatGPT or Claude connected to ScanToPitch over MCP, from finding leads to writing the pitch.

Once your assistant is connected to ScanToPitch, the hard part is knowing what to ask. These twelve prompts cover the whole loop. Adapt the specifics; the shapes are what matter.

Finding leads

  • Scan for dentists within 10 km of Cologne, up to 40 businesses, and tell me when it is done.
  • Find hair salons in Vienna with weak websites and list the ten lowest-scoring ones.
  • Scan this single URL and tell me what is wrong with the site: example-business.com

Sorting and filtering

  • From the last scan, show only leads that have a contact email and are not chains.
  • Rank the hot leads by how weak the website is, worst first.
  • Which of these businesses is running ads but has an outdated site? Those are my priority.

Understanding the pitch

  • Explain in plain language what is wrong with lead three, no jargon.
  • What is the single strongest pitch angle for this business?
  • Compare leads one and two: which is the easier sell and why?

Writing the outreach

  • Draft a short, friendly first email to lead three in German, grounded in the real findings.
  • Write a two-line phone opener I can use if they do not reply.
  • Rewrite that email in a more direct tone and keep it under 90 words.

Make them your own

The best prompts name a real place, a real niche, and a tone that sounds like you. The assistant does the finding and drafting; your judgement picks the leads and edits the pitch. For a full walkthrough of the loop, see our workflow guide.
